Die‑cut retainer inserts secure and organize components on a flat surface. HDPE die‑cut inserts are commonly used to protect and organize devices inside pouches and header pouches. Ideal for coiled products, they prevent item shifting within packaging, arrange multiple components in one pouch, and boost packaging rigidity while retaining pouch flexibility. Insert heights are fully customizable, and various material options are available based on device size and configuration.
These inserts are generally used inside flexible sterilization pouches and can also be assembled into thermoformed medical blister boxes for kit sets. Standard materials are natural or white HDPE in assorted thicknesses. Fast turnaround from concept to production with cost‑effective tooling. Sustainable and recyclable standard materials support short‑lead‑time requirements for sterile barrier system validation.
