DuPont Tyvek® pouches are available in flat, 3D and reel formats.

Tyvek is eight times stronger than medical‑grade packaging paper of the same or higher basis weight and features excellent puncture resistance, hard to be pierced by sharp or irregular edges of surgical instruments.

Applicable sterilization methods: Ethylene Oxide (EtO) and Gamma irradiation. Please contact us for other specified sterilization requirements.

High strength, reliable bacterial barrier, long shelf‑life and excellent resistance to microbial penetration. It provides clean, lint‑free tear opening after sterilization. Seal strength: 3.5‑7 N/15 mm, good tensile strength and Gurley air permeability: 35‑80 seconds.
